For urgent mental-health support, phone NHS 24 on 111 and choose the mental-health option. The NHS 24 Mental Health Hub is available across Scotland, 24 hours a day.

For urgent mental-health support, call NHS 111 Wales on 111 and press option 2. The service is available across Wales, 24 hours a day.

Samaritans also offers a Welsh Language Line on 0808 164 0123.

Northern Ireland

For people experiencing distress or despair, Northern Ireland's Lifeline crisis service is available confidentially, 24 hours a day, on 0808 808 8000.
