How TrendingMood works

TrendingMood helps you look back at structured information you chose to record about your wellbeing. It is designed for reflection and pattern awareness, not clinical assessment.

1. Choose what matters to you

You decide which supported areas to track. You can change them later without deleting historical entries. A disabled or skipped item is treated as missing data and does not lower an overall score.

2. Check in daily, weekly, or both

Daily check-ins are designed to be brief. Weekly reflections cover a longer period. The two are stored as different observation types and are not treated as interchangeable.

3. Build your own baseline

As your history grows, TrendingMood can compare recent self-reported results with your own previous results. The emphasis is on change relative to you, rather than comparison with an arbitrary population standard.

4. Explore associations

Where enough comparable observations exist, TrendingMood may show that two tracked measures have tended to move together. That is an association, not proof that one caused the other.

5. Keep your words private

Optional free-text notes are for you. TrendingMood does not parse, sentiment-score, classify, summarise or send them to an AI service.

Not a medical assessment.

TrendingMood does not diagnose, predict, prevent or treat mental-health conditions and does not provide treatment recommendations.
